Le Ponchaud is a weighted poncho, filled with barley, the weight creates a relaxing effect similar to a weighted blanket with the convenience of mobility. The natural muslin fabric was eco-dyed with purple cabbage. Self-drafted pattern based on creating the ideal weighted effect.

It is an eco-centered project to bring awareness to the noise pollution on the city and its effect on nature. Through the use of story telling and the book, Benji the Bat, we create a personal connection to the reader between what is happening in nature and how humans are the cause.
